Because I’ve been there.

I would have all the best intentions on making the necessary changes, but would then struggle to find the time and energy needed to implement them.

It seemed it was always the same issue…
I’d finally schedule it on my calendar… would be so excited as it got nearer… but ultimately would fold under the pressure of client work. Every. Single. Time.

And even if I did have some free pockets of time here and there, it was still hard to get it done within them, because I couldn’t “think” in my regular surroundings. I would keep getting distracted, and in turn I wasn’t inspired to finish.
But that’s when I had my big a-ha moment. 

I was only able to take time out of my life/business when I attended conferences.

I loved going to conferences because they allowed me to put the “pause” button
on my life to attend. And because they were non-refundable, I had to show up.

At these live events I was able to even get some direction and some in-person help!
But… the problem was…

At these conferences I just learned MORE… and although it was inspiring, there was no extra time to actually implement any of it.

Which left my mind even more full and even more frustrated.

The sad truth is these conferences I was going to were just like the online trainings I was taking. They were adding to the clutter, instead of me figuring things out or getting things done.
